I love the D, and MB, but this video only reps one segment of the D! I think the rap and the video could have been better. The youngsters from Detroit Academy of the Arts and Sciences had a more positive/uplifting version that focused on the D, and not Royal Oak, and Troy and certainly didn’t have to add a lyric about Pontiac, use the N word or focus solely on materialism. IJS!

I don’t get why people say Detroit is a waste because those people have OBVIOUSLY never been here, if you had a brain to come and then say you didn’t like it then fine. It’s just like New York without the Broadway and a little smaller, there’s parts of Detroit I won’t go to, yes, but also parts of New York that I wouldn’t think about going to so want to reply and give me heck?
